Welcome to EdgePortal, your universal hub for all matters related to your data center.

Depending on your screen resolution, the navigation bar may be minimized or completely hidden. To see the full navigation bar, click on the symbol.

User Settings¶

In the lower left corner of the EdgePortal, you will find your user settings. Click on your name next to the "" symbol.

Theme¶

By clicking on the "" or "" symbol, you can switch between light and dark themes.

Language¶

By clicking on the symbol, you can switch between available languages.

Profile Settings¶

You can also find your profile settings in the menu. Click on your name or follow this link.

Profile Information¶

Here you can change your name, job title, and date of birth. Click on the " Edit" button.

Please enter a correct date of birth, as it will be used in conjunction with an identification document for identity verification when visiting the data center.

The EdgePortal allows users to work for multiple organizations with a single account.

For automation purposes, the EdgePortal provides users with a complete programming interface (API).

Security Settings / Change Password¶

In this section, you can easily change your current password. Click on the " Change Password" button and enter your current password as well as your new password. After successfully changing your password, you will be logged out and must log in again with your new password.

Account Management / Delete Account¶

In this section, you can permanently delete your account by clicking on the " Delete Account" button. Your account will be immediately deactivated and completely deleted after the retention periods expire. For more information, see the privacy policy.
