Multi-Tenancy

Through the portal, you can operate with a single user account across multiple tenants and manage your master data—even if you are not a direct customer of the data center.

The navigation bar displays your active tenant and your assigned role.

To switch tenants, click on the active tenant in the navigation bar and select the desired tenant.

Tip

Your view will change depending on the permissions assigned to you within the organization of each tenant.

Invite Users to Tenants

To invite a user to your tenant, navigate to Administration, select the "Supplier Relationships" tab, and then "Invite Supplier". In the expanded menu, you can invite a user by clicking the "Invite Supplier" button. You only need the user's email address.

You can assign any roles to users and restrict their permissions accordingly.

The invited user will receive an email with an association request, which must be confirmed. The invitation is valid for 30 days and will automatically expire after this period. If necessary, you can resend or cancel the invitation by clicking the next to the invited user.

Remove Users from Tenants

To remove a user from your tenant, navigate to Administration, select the "Supplier Relationships" tab, and then "Active Suppliers." By clicking the next to the user, you can remove them from your tenant.
